We were told by another company that our heater was shot and that we needed a new one. After half of the winter using space heaters, we decided to finally call California Heating since they were recommended by a friend. They came in and within 5 minutes they figured out what the problem was & came back a few days and we now have full heat!! Very grateful!

California Heating in Arcata is Awesome!!! Had them install a heat pump system in January of this year. I have now finished a Winter, gone through Summer, and here we are in Fall and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. Work done was in a very timely manner and efficiently!!! I was so impressed with the heat pump system that I also had them install new metal Gutters on the house… Just as satisfied with that job as with the prior work. California Heating has done several jobs for us, including, most recently, the installation of two heating units and rain gutters in our new home. We have found them to be honest, on time, and fair. We had trouble with the furnace that is located under our house, and they promptly came out and fixed it at no charge.
